Kimchi Cornbread Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 boxes cornbread mix
  • 2 cups chopped kimchi, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Prepare cornbread mix with eggs, milk, butter per package.
  3. Fold in kimchi, cheese, corn, green onions, sesame oil.
  4. Pour into baking dish.
  5. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden.
